RESOLUTION NO. 2015-027 RESOLUTION TO APPROVE PAY ESTIMATE #4 TO MAXWELL CONSTRUCTION FOR WORK PERFORMED ON DIV I OF THE WATER AND SEWER EXTENSION PROJECT FOR CLEAR CREEK AMANA SCHOOL IN AND FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin, has approved a contract with Maxwell Construction for work being performed in Division I on the Water and Sewer Extension Project in and for the City of Tiffin, Iowa. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Tiffin, IOWA: The City Council of Tiffin, Iowa hereby approves Pay Estimate # 4 in the amount of $ 13,196.45 to Maxwell Construction for work performed in Division I of the project.
