RESOLUTION NO. 2013- 076 APPROVING AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR THE 2013 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, UPON REVIEW OF THE BIDS AND RECOMMENDATION BY THE PROJECT ENGINEER WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Tiffin has received bids for the 2013 Capital Improvement Projects; and WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin has identified LL Pelling as having the lowest, most responsive, responsible bid; and WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin is awarding the following Divisions: 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 at this time. WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin desires to expedite the contractual process; now THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Tiffin to authorize the Mayor and City Administrator/ Clerk to sign all necessary notices, documents, and forms of contract, as required and necessary to execute a contract with LL Pelling as identified and recommended by the Project Engineer. h PASSED AND APPROVED this 24` Day of April, 2013.
