AGENDA ITEM # K-2 AGENDA INFORMATION TIFFIN CITY COUNCIL COMMUNICATION DATE: March 13, 2026 AGENDA ITEM: Discussion and Consideration of Pay Application #10 – Boomerang Corporation – North Park Road Improvements Project – Motion to Approve ACTION: Motion Purpose To consider approval of Pay Application #10 submitted by Boomerang Corporation for work completed on the North Park Road Improvements Project (Project No. STP-U-7662(615)-- 70-52) for the pay period November 16, 2025 through February 21, 2026. Background The North Park Road Improvements Project is a major roadway, utility, trail, and pedestrian tunnel project awarded at $5,458,891.91, with an authorized amount of $5,497,683.66. Pay Application #10 has been reviewed and recommended for approval by the project engineer, MSA Professional Services. The contractor, Boomerang Corporation, has also signed and certified the payment application. MSA Professional Services has reviewed and electronically approved Pay Application #10. The work is verified as completed, quantities match field records, and supporting documentation is in order. Recommendation Staff recommends approval of Pay Application #10 in the amount of $32,662.34. This payment aligns with contract documents, engineer review and project progress.
