RESOLUTION NO. 2026-018 A RESOLUTION SETTING THE PUBLIC HEARING ON APRIL 7, 2026 FOR THE REZONING OF ANDERSEN ADDITION – PART THREE, TIFFIN, IOWA AND PLANNED DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY DISTRICT (OPD) OF LOTUS HILL R-12/OPD CONCEPT DISTRICT TO R-1D OPD LOTUS HILL NORTH SITE/CONCEPT DISTRICT OF ANDERSEN ADDITION – PART THREE, TIFFIN, IOWA Whereas, the City of Tiffin, Iowa will set the date for the Public Hearing for Andersen Addition – Part Three of Lotus Hill R-12/OPD Concept District in the City of Tiffin, Iowa; and, Whereas, the site plan/exhibit of the property is attached to this resolution; and, Whereas, the Planning & Zoning Commission recommended approval of the rezoning of the planned development overlay site district on a 3-0 vote at the March 11, 2026, meeting. Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, that the date for the Public Hearing is set for April 7, 2026, to discuss Andersen Addition – Part Three of Lotus Hill R-12/OPD Concept District to R-1D OPD Lotus Hill North of Andersen Addition – Part Three; and, On the 17th day of March, 2026, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson ___ introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2026-018, A RESOLUTION SETTING THE PUBLIC HEARING ON APRIL 7, 2026 FOR THE REZONING OF ANDERSEN ADDITION – PART THREE, TIFFIN, IOWA AND PLANNED DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY DISTRICT (OPD) OF LOTUS HILL R-12/OPD CONCEPT DISTRICT TO R-1D OPD LOTUS HILL NORTH SITE/CONCEPT DISTRICT OF ANDERSEN ADDITION – PART THREE, TIFFIN, IOWA, and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson ___. Ayes: Nays: Absent: Whereupon ___Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Kasparek declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2026-018, A RESOLUTION SETTING THE PUBLIC HEARING ON APRIL 7, 2026 FOR THE REZONING OF ANDERSEN ADDITION – PART THREE, TIFFIN, IOWA AND PLANNED DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY DISTRICT (OPD) OF LOTUS HILL R-12/OPD CONCEPT DISTRICT TO R-1D OPD LOTUS HILL NORTH SITE/CONCEPT DISTRICT OF ANDERSEN ADDITION – PART THREE, TIFFIN, IOWA, to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
