CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA, RESOLUTION NO. 2012- og A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A RELEASE OF LOTS IN REEVES SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN AS TO THE DEVELOPER' S AGREEMENT AND LIENS WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin, entered into a Developer' s Agreement with Developers Clarence Sewell and James Stetzel, dated December 13th, 1995, 25th, recorded January 1996, Book 2026, Page 30, in the records of Johnson County, Iowa, concerning real estate within the City of Tiffin, Iowa; XJI-AREAS, the Developers have satisfied their obligations under the Agreement and it is therefore appropriate for the City torelease all of the lots located within Reeves Subdivision from the above -described agreement and liens created by such agreements NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIFFIN, IOWA, that authority is hereby granted to the Mayor to execute a release all lots inReezes Subdizision from the Developer' s Agreement 25th, dated December 13th, 1995, recorded January 1996, Book 2026, Page 30, in the records of Johnson County, Iowa. ON THE 11 ' day of A9 , 2012, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Bat introduced A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A RELEASE OF LOTS IN REEVES SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN AS TO THE DEVELOPER' S AGREEMENT AND LIENS, and made a motion for approval. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Bcv Ayes : 4c 13th , jj 4'+, Nays: rOne, Motion carried. WIIEREUPON, declared that the the MayorA RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A RELEASE OF LOTS IN REEVES SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN AS TO THE DEVELOPER' S AGREEMENT AND LIENS, be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
