RESOLUTION 2011- 55 A t RESO3LUTIONT'0 CERTIFY 2012- 2013 IOWA TIFIREVENUE REQUEST TO THE JOHNSON IOWA AUDITOR WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin, Iowa is required to certify the TIF Increment ax revenue request for fiscal year 2012- 2013 to the Johnson County, to itor per Iowa Cade Section 403. 19 Tax Increment' Financing Indebtedness: WHEREAS, . the City of-Tiffin, Iowa needs to prepare and. certify, with the Johnson County, Iowa Auditor' s Office by December 1, 2011 the estimated amounts needed to fund indebtedness for Capital Improvement rojects identified and approved b the City Council of Tiffin within the named Urban, Renewal Areas, Iowa to expend appropriated TI Funds as the City Council deems necssary'for the continuation of growthand betterment of the community. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE C11-Y IL 0 F THE CITY F TIFFI , I t6 authorize Mayor and City Clerk to prepare and submit to the Auditor of Johnson County,' Iowa an updated 2011 TIF Certification request.
