posted by Developer as security for the completion of the items on the City Engineer's "punch list" incorporated into the bond; and that the City therefore releases all lots in Rolling Hills, Part Two, Tiffin, Johnson County, Iowa, from any liens created by agreement or ordinance for the completion of all infrastructure and other improvements contained in the bond posted by Developer, except sidewalks shall not be released at this time. ON THE ____ day of December, 2003, at a special meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson __________ introduced A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF ALL LOTS IN ROLLING HILLS, PART 2, TIFFIN, IOWA, FROM CERTAIN LIENS & CLAIMS CREATED BY AGREEMENT OR ORDINANCE BETWEEN THE CITY OF TIFFIN AND THE DEVELOPER OF ROLLING HILLS, PART TWO, TIFFIN, IOWA, and made a motion for approval. The motion was seconded by Councilperson ________________. Ayes: ____________________________________________ Nays: ____________________________________________ Motion carried. ________________________ declared that the RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF ALL LOTS IN ROLLING HILLS, PART 2, TIFFIN, IOWA, FROM CERTAIN LIENS & CLAIMS CREATED BY AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF TIFFIN AND THE DEVELOPER OF ROLLING HILLS, PART TWO, TIFFIN, IOWA, be adopted and signed his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
