CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA ORDINANCE NO. 2009-296 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO 2007-287 CHANGING THE AREA REQUIREMENTS FOR NEW DAYCARE FACILITIES IN R-1E, R-1A, R-1B, R1C, R-2, R-4, R-6, R-8, AND R-12, R-M, C-1B, C-2B, C-10, AND C-20 ZONES BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIFFIN, IOWA: Section 1. Purpose: The purpose of this amendment to Zoning Ordinance No 2007-287 is to remove and replace the existing outdoor play area requirement for day care facilities located in R-1E Zones. Section 2. Amendment: Section R-1E.05(C) is hereby deleted and the following is inserted in lieu thereof: R-1E .05 AREA REQUIREMENTS C. All new day care facilities must comply with State administrative requirements Set forth in I.A.C. 441-11(237A). Section 3. Amendment: Section R-1A, R-1B, R-1C.05(C) is hereby deleted and the following is inserted in lieu thereof: R-1A, R-1B, R-1C .05 AREA REQUIREMENTS C. All new day care facilities must comply with State administrative requirements Set forth in I.A.C. 441-11(237A). Section 4. Amendment: Section R-2.05(C) is hereby deleted and the following is inserted in lieu thereof: R-2 .05 AREA REQUIREMENTS C. All new day care facilities must comply with State administrative requirements Set forth in I.A.C. 441-11(237A). Section 5. Amendment: Section R-4, R-6, R-8, R-12.05(C) is hereby deleted and the following is inserted in lieu thereof: R-4, R-6, R-8, R-12 .05 AREA REQUIREMENTS C.
