CITY OF TIFFIN IOWA ORDINANCE NO. 1997-211 AN AMENDMENT TO THE ORDINANCE NO. 1996-204 (ZONING ORDINANCE) TO REZONE LOT 19, REEVES ADDITION, PART II, TIFFIN, IOWA, FROM R3 CLASSIFICATION TO C2 CLASSIFICATION. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA: Section 1. Purpose: The purpose of this ordinance is to amend Ordinance No. 1996-204 (Zoning) to rezone Lot 19, Reeves Addition, Part Two, Tiffin, Iowa from R3 to C2 classification. Section 2. Amendment. The following shall be rezoned on the comprehensive plan and zoning map of the City of Tiffin, from R3 Classification to C2 Classification: Lot 19, Reeve's Addition - Part Two, to Tiffin, Iowa, according to the plat thereof recorded in Book 37, Page 43, Plat Records of Johnson County, Iowa, Section 3. Repealer. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 4. Severability. If any section, provision, or part of this Ordinance shall be adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole, or any section, provision, or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional. Section 5. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be in effect after its final passage, approval, and posting as provided by law.
