CITY OF TIFFIN ORDINANCE NO. 1996-206 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1996-204 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF TIFFIN, IOWA: BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIFFIN, IOWA: Section 1. Purpose. The purpose of this ordinance is to amend Ordinance No. 1996-204, Section 5.07D.6. of the Municipal Code of Tiffin, Iowa, so as to provide for the requirements of minimum side yards in any subdivision with an R-3 zoning which was approved prior to the effective date of Zoning Ordinance No. 1996-204. Section 2. Amendment. City of Tiffin Ordinance No. 1996-204, Section 5.07D.6 is hereby amended by adding to the section, the following paragraph: Any subdivision approved prior to the effective date of this ordinance with R-3 zoning shall be governed by the prior effective zoning ordinance regarding the minimum side yards. Section 3. Repealer. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 4. Severability. If any section, provision, or part of this ordinance shall be adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole, or any section, provision, or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional. Section 5. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in effect after its final passage, approval, and posting as provided by law.
