ORDINANCE NO. 1995- 194 AN AMENDMENT TO THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE FOR THE ZONING OF LOT 5 CONTAINED IN THE JOHNSTON- POTTERFIELD SUBDIVISION, TIFFIN, IOWA. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA: Section 1. Purpose : The purpose of this ordinance is to No. 83 ( to for the amend Ordinance Zoning) provide appropriate of Lot 5, Johnston- Potterfield zoning Subdivision, Tiffin, Iowa, and to comply with the provisions of Resolution No. 1994- 6 providing for the zoning of certain lands in the Johnston- Potterfield Subdivision. Section 2. Amendment . The following shall be added to the comprehensive plan and zoning map of the City of Tiffin for Lot 5, Johnston- Potterfield Subdivision: D. Lot 5, shall be zoned R- 3 . Section 3. Repealer. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. If section, provision, or Section 4. Severability. any this Ordinance shall be adjudged to be invalid or part of such adjudication shall not affect the unconstitutional, or section, validity of the ordinance as a whole, any provision, or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional .
