ORDINANCE NO. 1995 - 191 FOR EXTRATERRITORIAL REVIEW OF AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING TWO MILES OF THE CITY OF TIFFIN SUBDIVISION PLATS WITHIN PURSUANT TO IOWA CODE SECTION 354 . 9. BE IT ENACTED by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa; Section 1. Purpose. The purpose of this ordinance is ' provisions of Iowa Code Section 354 . 9, to envoke the subdivision plats within two providing for the review of miles of a city. Section 2.
