THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA, BY ADDING SECTION XIV. BE IT ENACTED by the City Council of Tiffin, Iowa: I Section 1. Purpose. The purpose of this ordinance is to add a section to Ordinance No. 1979= 85 to provide ! for a for penalty violation of the ordinance and setting of a fine. Section 2. There is hereby enacted a Section XIV of Ordinance No. 1979- 85 of the Tiffin Municipal Code which shall read as follows : SECTION XIV. Penalty. Anyone violating any:°of the provisions of this ordinance shall upon conviction be to subject a fine not exceeding $ 100. 00 ,. ( One Hundred , Dollars) or 30 ( Thirty) days in jail or both) for any violation. I Section 3. Repealer. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict. with, the provisions of this Ordinancelare hereby repealed. I' Section. 4. Severability. If section, any provision, or part of this Ordinance shall be adjudged to be invalid or uncon- stitutional , such the adjudication shall not affect the validity of ordinance as a whole, or, section, any provision, or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional . Section 5 .. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be In . effect after its final passage, • approval ; and posting as provided by law.
