ORDINANCE NO. 1990-163. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION R-109.2 OF THE C.A.B.O. FOR PERMIT FEES AND REPEALING ORDINANCE 147. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIFFIN, IOWA. Section 1. Purpose. The purpose of this ordinance is to amend the C.A.B.O. of Tiffin, Iowa, by amending the permit fees set forth in Section R-109.2. Section 2. Amendment. Section 109.2 of C.A.B.O. and Ordinance 147 are hereby repealed and the following Section R-109.2 is adopted in lieu thereof: Section R-109.2 Permit Fee. Before the issuance of any building permit, the appropriate permit fee must be paid to the City of Tiffin.
