ORDINANCE NO.1987-147 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION R-109.2 OF THE C.A.B.O. AND ESTABLISHING PERMIT FEES, AND ALSO ALLOCATING FEES RECEIVED IN CONNECTION WITH THE GRANTING OF BUILDING PERMITS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIFFIN, IOWA. Section 1. Purpose. The purpose of this ordinance is to amend the C.A.B.O. of Tiffin, Iowa, by amending the permit fees set forth in Section R-109.2. Section 2. Amendment. Section R-109.2 of C.A.B.O. is hereby repealed and the following Section R-109.2 is adopted in lieu thereof: Section R-109.2. Permit Fee. Before the issuance of any building permit, the appropriate permit fee must be paid to the City of Tiffin.
