CITY OF TIFFIN CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL May 15, 2026 • Phase three of the Original Town Urbanization project has been completed. We are trying to schedule a walk-through of the project with the general contractor and subcontractors to generate a punchlist prior to closing out the project. • Per the Developer’s Agreement for Tiffin Heights West, the first 400 feet of Half Moon Road was paved last week and is back open to traffic. The remaining portion of Half Moon Road north of Coquina Avenue to Longboat Drive will get a dust control application. • The underground work has been completed for the streetlights on Roberts Ferry Road north of Oakdale Boulevard. Installation of the lights should take place within the next couple of weeks. • The splash pad has been installed and the two fountains in the big pond have been raised. Both are ready for the summer seasons. • The installation of the water and sewer utilities for the new Deerview Park restroom have been completed. Weather permitting, the restroom itself should start construction next week. • Just a friendly reminder that Council Person Schnedler and I will be at the ICSC Economic Development Conference Monday through Wednesday of next week. We will be remote for the council meeting on Tuesday night but due to some scheduled meetings, will not be able to make the work session.
