ORDINANCE NO. 1982-197 AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA. BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA: SECTION I. Pursuant to published notice, a public hearing has been duly held, and the City Council of Tiffin, Iowa, hereby adopts the revised ordinances as the 1982 Municipal Code. SECTION II. An official copy of the Municipal Code, as adopted, including a certification by the Clerk as to its adoption and effective date, is on file at the office of the City Clerk. SECTION III. Copies of the Code shall be kept available at the City Clerk's office for public inspection and sale at cost. SECTION IV. All general ordinances or parts thereof passed prior to August 11, 1982, 1982 not contained in the Tiffin Code of Ordinances are hereby repealed except as hereafter provided, or special ordinances named. SECTION V. The following ordinances are specifically saved from repeal: Ordinance No. 41 Town Seal Ordinance No. 53 Planning and Zoning Commission Ordinance No. 54 Controlled Access Ordinance No. 55 Sewer, Regulating Connections Ordinance No. 57 Sewer; Creating District and Rates Ordinance No. 58 Sewer, Issuance of Revenue Bonds Ordinance No. 59 Franchise to Iowa-Illinois Gas and Electric Co. Ordinance No. 62 Water, Establishing Rates Ordinance No. 63 Water, Conditions of Service Ordinance No. 68 Sewer, Issuance of G.O. Bonds Ordinance No. 69 City Charter Ordinance No. 71 Office of City Clerk Ordinance No. 72 Water, Conditions of Service Ordinance No. 73 Garbage Collection Ordinance No. 75 Fluoridation of Water Ordinance No. 76 Agreement with General Telephone Co. Ordinance No. 77 Restricted Parking Ordinance No. 78 Traffic, Regulating Use of Streets Ordinance No. 79 Public Order - except strike and repeal Sec. 10
