TOWN OF TIFFIN TIFFIN, IOWA 52340 Minutes of the Regular Council Meeting, February 6, 1974, 7:30 p.m., City of Tiffin, Tiffin, Iowa. Mayor Brotherton presiding. Present: Councilmen Judy Smith, Beverly Birtcher, Roger Janssen, Glenn Potter. Attorney Neuzil, Edna Miller, Glenn Shoemaker. Glenn Potter moved to accept the agenda. Roger Janssen seconded the motion. Motion carried by roll call vote. A decision was made to change Judy Smith from Street Commissioner to Water Commissioner. Roger Janssen moved that the interest from investments be put into the sanitation fund. Beverly Birtcher seconded the motion. Motion carried by roll call vote. Glenn Potter moved that the minutes of the previous meeting be approved. Judy Smith seconded the motion. Motion carried by roll call vote. Glenn Potter moved that the Clerk and Treasurer's report be accepted. Roger Janssen seconded the motion. Motion carried by roll call vote.
