AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1979-83 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF TIFFIN, IOWA SO AS TO REQUIRE A THREE-FOURTHS FAVORABLE VOTE BY THE MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL IN ORDER TO CHANGE CURRENT ZONING IN TIFFIN, IOWA, IF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION RECOMMENDS AGAINST SUCH PROPOSED CHANGE
