Planning and Zoning Commission City of Tiffin May 5, 1999 A regular meeting of the Tiffin Planning and Zoning Commission was brought to order by Chair Dan O'Halloran. Members present: Terry Richardson, Tina Walls, Dan O'Halloran, Steve Berner and Melvin Reeve. Absent: None. Also present: Mayor Glenn Potter, Council Jim Bartels, Vic Zender, and Bob Lane. Motion Berner, second Richardson to approve printed minutes. Ayes: Berner, Walls, O'Halloran, Richardson nd Reeve. Absent: None. Nays: None. Bob Lane explained chuch plans to add an approximate 30 x 30 addition to the south front of the Grace United Methodist Church. Bob will provide more information to the city before the variance is requested. Comprehensive planning and update of future planning map will be tiems for later meetings. Letter and mapping was received by the commission from Hart Engineering. Mayor Potter reported on new areas looking to come into the city. Vic Zender was present but had no questions. Parking on dead end streets was addressed. Public Works has ordered signs. Dumping by builders is taking place in Reeves Addition. Builders will be notified to take proper care of Discard materials.
