Mayor Steve Berner called the meeting to order at 6: 03 PM. Roll Call: Joann Kahler, Mike Ryan, Peggy Upton, Jim Bartels. Absent: NONE Also present: Engineer Ben Carhoff and Deputy Clerk Ashley Jay- Platz. Ryan motioned to approve agenda; seconded by Kahler. All ayes, motion carried. r Upton Motioned for Approval of Contracts for Interim Administrator/ Clerk Tim Long; -seconded by Ryan. All ayes, motion carried.
