Mayor Steve Berner called the meeting to order. Upon roll being called the following named council members were present: Peggy Upton, Al Havens, Jo Kahler, Jim Bartels, Mike Ryan. Absent: NONE Also present: City Administrator/ Clerk Doug Boldt, City Attorney Crystal Raiber, City Engineer Ben Carhoff, Public Works Director Brett Mehmen, Building Official Brian Shay, Deputy Clerk Ashley Platz and other visitors. C. Agenda Additions/ Agenda Approval Motion to approve agenda by Havens. Second by Ryan. All ayes, motion carried. D. Communications and Reports: 1.
