Upon rollbeing called the following named council members were present: AlHavens, JoKahler, Jim Bartels, Mike Ryan, Peggy Upton (Arrived at6:22PM ).Also present: City Administrator/Clerk Doug Boldt, Deputy City Clerk Ashley Platz, City Engineer Ben Carhoff andother visitors. B. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion toapprove theagenda Bartels. Second byKahler. Allayes, motion carried. C. Discussion and Review ofCapital Improvements Plan Peggy Upton arrived at6:22pm Council andMayor discussed FY17/18CIP. Mayor gave Council alistofprojects forthe FY17/18andFY18/19thatwillneed tobeadded totheCIP. D. Discussion ofRaising Chickens inside theCity Limits ofTiffin Mike Ryan has received multiple request fromresidents that would like toraise chickens. Currently Tiffin’sordinance does notaddress allowing chickens intown. Council willdiscuss thisitem further inthefuture. E. Discussion ofFuture Upsizing ofTrunk Sewer and Monetary Contribution from Affected Property Owners Council discussed theupsizing ofthefuture trunk sewer toParkPlace. F.
