Upon roll being called thefollowing Council Members Present: Peggy Upton (Arrived 6:05PM), Jim Bartels, AlHavens, Mike Ryan, Eric Schnedler. Absent None. Other members present: City Administrator Doug Boldt, City Clerk Ashley Platz, Building Official Brian Shay. B. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion toapprove the agenda byRyan. Second byBartels. Allayes, motion carried. C. Discussion and Consideration ofHawk Beacon, Traffic Signals and Roundabouts and Council Action asNeeded Ben Carhoff, Hart-Frederick Consultants introduced theSnyder Associates team thatis designing theHWY 6/Park Rd Roundabout. Troy Culver, Justin Jackson, Tim Wall Snyder Associates gave abackground ofthe project, theoverall design oftheroundabout and gave a proposed timeline. Scheduled tohave thebidletting inSeptember 2018. Council asked questions regarding safety concerns with pedestrians and vehicles. Council discussed options forDeerview/HWY 6 –Hawk Beacon, Full Signalization, Roundabout, Temporary Full Signalization onwood poles. Public Comment: Shannon Prince- 20Gable Way – Had concerns with Park Rd/HWY 6roundabout – feels itis notthebest choice forthatintersection.
