Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion toapprove Work Session agenda byBartels. Second byRyan. Allayes, motion carried. C. Questions from Council Members regarding items onthe Regular City Council Agenda Discussion: City Administrator Doug Boldt gave abrief explanation ofthetwo draft agreements oncouncil’s desk. City Attorney Robert Michael reviewed thetwo drafts from GBT Reality andDevelopers Attorney with their changes. Council reviewed anddiscussed changed made byboth attorneys with City Attorney. D.
