Upon roll being called the following members were present: Eric Schnedler, Peggy Upton (Arrived at5:51PM), JimBartels, AlHavens. Absent: Mike Ryan. Others present CityAdministrator Doug Boldt, CityClerk Ashley Platz, CityEngineer Ben Carhoff and other present. B. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion bySchnedler. Second byBartels. Allayes, agenda approved. C. Discussion with Shive-Hattery onCity Recreation Center toProvide Design Proposal Upton arrived at5:51pm Representatives withDiamond Dreams andShive-Hattery presented some design ideas ofthecomplex and showed multiple different options forwhen theCity decides toconnect toexisting facilities. D. Discussion ofWater Runoff issue behind 220 Cherry Lane Council discussed water runoff issue behind 220Cherry Lane. Mayor and Council agreed thatanyCity water should behandled andnotrunontoneighboring property owners. Council requested tohave City Administrator review themaintenance bond toseeifthiscanbefixed. E. Discussion ofBlinds forCity Hall New Addition City Clerk presented quotes forBlinds forthenew addition. F. Questions from Council Members regarding items onthe Regular City Council Agenda 210Railroad StProperty public hearing willopen andclose andwewillsetanother public hearing for 10/16/18 G.
