AGENDA ITEM # E-10 AGENDA INFORMATION TIFFIN CITY COUNCIL COMMUNICATION DATE: July 16, 2026 AGENDA ITEM: Approval of Pay Application #14 – Miron Construction – Community Recreation Center ACTION: Motion Background Miron Construction Co., Inc. has submitted Pay Application No. 14 for work complegted on the Tiffin Community Recreation Center project. The application has been reviewed by the project architect, Atura Architecture, who has certifield the payment request. The current application requests payment in the amount of $510,687.61 for construction work completed during the current billing period. Construction continues to progress in accordance with the project schedule, and staff has received the architect’s certification recommending approval of this payment request. Recommendation Staff recommends approval of Pay Application No. 14 to Miron Construction Co., Inc. in the amount of $510,687.61 for work completed on the Tiffin Community Recreation Center project.
