Upon roll being called the following board members and City Council member were present: Mayor Steve Berner, Jim Bartels, Al Havens, Eric Schnedler, Peggy Upton, Mike Ryan, Jennifer Mooney, Matt McAveary, Steve Swenka, Kathy Swenka, Nikki Knapp. Absent: Terry Davis. Others present City Administrator Doug Boldt, CCA Superintendent Tim Kuehl, Deputy City Clerk Abigail Hora, Board Secretary Lori Robertson, City Engineer Ben Carhoff, and others. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion to approve the agenda by Kathy Swenka. Second by Steven Berner. All ayes, agenda approved. Welcome and Introductions Discussion and Update on School Construction Projects: New elementary Building, Transportation Building, CCE Renovations Superintendant Tim Kuehl announced the name of new elementary building is Oak Hill Elementary and is still on schedule to open for the 2019-2020 school year as well as the new transportation building. CCE will undergo renovations in spring of 2020. Update on New Vocational Agriculture Program Superintendent Tim Kuehl updated on the high school student counts for each program offered as well as middle school. Program is doing well as expected. Update on Preschool Programming Superintendent Tim Kuehl stated the school will RFP for wrap around preschool care and partner with a local child care center/provider and collaborate on terms of a 28e agreement. Update on High School Site Search None.
