Roll Call The City of Tiffin City Council held a work session Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at the Tiffin City Hall Council Chambers. Mayor Kasparek called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM. Upon roll being called the following members were present: Chris Olney, Tim Orris, Eric Schnedler, Skylar Limkemann, and Tony Johnson. Others present were City Administrator Doug Boldt, Assistant City Administrator Ashley Platz, and City Clerk Abigail Hora. B. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion to approve agenda by Orris. Second by Johnson. All ayes, agenda approved. C. Discussion and Review of New Safety Surface at Woodfield Park Discussion: City Administrator Doug Boldt and Public Works Director Brian Detert discussed the installation of the new safety surface at Woodfield Park. The drainage issues have been addressed, and staff recommends having the contractor complete the subbase work. Council Person Schnedler requested an inclusive swing and removing the playground equipment on the west side of the park, with the area being restored to grass. Staff will look into this cost. D.
