Upon rollbeing called the following members were present: EricSchnedler, Skylar Limkemann, AlHavens, Chris Olney, and Tim Orris. Others present City Administrator Doug Boldt andCity Clerk Abigail Hora. B. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion toapprove agenda byOrris. Second byOlney. Allayes, agenda approved. C. Discussion and Review ofPotential Speed Limit Modifications onNorth Park Road, Oakdale Boulevard and Forevergreen Road Discussion: The recommendation atthistime istoleave Oakdale Boulevard andForevergreen Road signed at25mph andchange theportion ofNorth ParkRoad, north ofAster Drive, to35mph. After discussion, it was proposed tochange Oakdale Boulevard andForevergreen Road from 25mph to30mph. The City will hold offonthespeed change onNorth Park Road duetoupcoming construction. Atthenext meeting we willsetthepublic hearing dates forthese purposed speed changes. D. Discussion and Review ofNew City Logo and Motto Usage Discussion: Council reviewed business cards andliked thelogo with themotto. They directed Brian Detert tousetheCity ofTiffin logo onthetrucks asthisisreflective. Hewillusethetree logowhen available on vehicles. E.
