Roll Call The CityofTiffin City Council heldawork session Tuesday, July 7,2026, attheTiffin City HallCouncil Chambers. Mayor Kasparek called themeeting toorder at6:30PM. Upon rollbeing called thefollowing members were present: Chris Olney, Tim Orris, Eric Schnedler, Skylar Limkemann, andTony Johnson. Others present were City Administrator Doug Boldt, Assistant City Administrator Ashley Platz, andCity Clerk Abigail Hora. B. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion toapprove agenda byOrris. Second byJohnson. Allayes, agenda approved. C. Discussion and Review ofNew Safety Surface atWoodfield Park Discussion: City Administrator Doug Boldt andPublic Works Director Brian Detert discussed the installation ofthenew safety surface atWoodfield Park. The drainage issues have been addressed, andstaff recommends having thecontractor complete the subbase work. Council Person Schnedler requested an inclusive swing andremoving theplayground equipment onthewest side ofthepark, with thearea being restored tograss. Staff willlook into thiscost. D.
