CITY OF TIFFIN ORDINANCE NO. 2021-479 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA, TO REZONE A PORTION OF ANDERSEN ADDITION FROM R-1C TO R-2 AND FROM R-4 TO R-2, IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA, JOHNSON COUNTY, IOWA, AND AS LEGALLY DESCRIBED HEREIN BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIFFIN, IOWA: Section 1. Purpose. The purpose of this ordinance is to amend the official zoning map of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, concerning a portion of Andersen Addition, Tiffin, Johnson County, Iowa, attached hereto and incorporated herein. Section 2. Amendment. The following legally described property: DESCRIPTION REZONING PARCEL "A" (R-1C TO R-2) A PORTION OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 21, ALL OF TOWNSHIP 80 NORTH, RANGE 7 WEST, OF THE FIFTH PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, TIFFIN, JOHNSON COUNTY, IOWA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: Commencing at the Southwest Corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 21, Township 80 North, Range 7 West, of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Tiffin, Johnson County, Iowa; Thence N01°09'14"W, along the West Line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, 163.04 feet, to the Point of Beginning; Thence continuing N01°09'14"W, along said West Line, 153.03 feet; Thence S89°57'47"E, 1133.88 feet; Thence S00°57'51"E, 153.02 feet; Thence N89°57'47"W, 1133.37 feet, to the Point of Beginning.
