CODE OF ORDINANCES APPENDIX DELETION OF EXISTING PROVISIONS Provisions may be removed from the Code of Ordinances by deleting SUBSECTIONS, SECTIONS or CHAPTERS, as shown in the following sample ordinance: ORDINANCE NO. ___ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF __________, IOWA, BY REPEALING SECTION 65.02, SUBSECTION 5, PERTAINING TO THE SPECIAL STOP REQUIRED ON ______________________ STREET.
