CHAPTER 166 ESTABLISHMENT OF ZONING DISTRICTS AND THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP B. Building design shall be visually harmonious and compatible with the neighborhood character. C. Buildings located on property with multiple frontages shall have similar design facing all streets. D. Buildings shall have consistent architectural style throughout the development on each lot. E. External mechanical equipment shall be incorporated into the design such that it does not detract from the aesthetics of the site and buildings. F. All roof top equipment shall be screened pursuant to Chapter 169. G. Reflective surfaces that may cause glare or traffic hazards are not acceptable.
