At no point along the boundary of residential district or along an adjacent lot must the sound pressure level of any operation or plant exceed the decibel limits in the octave bands designated in Section 166.18(14)(K)(2)(d). (2) Vibration a. Any commercial operation or activity that shall cause at any time and at any point along the nearest adjacent lot line, earth borne vibrations in excess of the limits set forth in steady-state displacement as indicated in Section 166.18(K)(2)(d) and Section 166.18(14)(K)(2)(e). b. Exceptions. The following uses and activities shall be exempt from the vibration level regulations: i. Noises not directly under control of the property user. ii. Noises emanating from construction and maintenance activities between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Such activities are those that are non-routine operations accessory to the primary activities, and that are temporary in nature, or conducted infrequently. iii. Transient noises of moving sources such as automobiles, trucks, airplanes, and railroads. iv.
