Tiffin Comprehensive Plan – Updated 2018

Implementation and Administration Administration Goals, Objectives and Strategies Based on input gathered during the planning process, the following goals, objectives and strategies were developed for the administration of the city. Goals  Promote collaboration between all private and public parties during planning and regulation creation.  Promote transparency, efficiency and consistent outcomes in all planning endeavors.  Encourage and utilize public participation during the creation or revision of planning regulations. Objectives  Facilitate an environment that allows cooperative work among governmental, community and individual stakeholders during the planning and regulation process.  Tiffin officials shall conduct business with the utmost degree of transparency possible, allowing for comprehensive public understanding of municipal operations.  Plan for the projected needs of the community and provide governmental facilities to meet these needs.
